Save the dates, Human Resources and IRCC – Corporate & Community Training Institute are pleased to bring you a new version of Supervisor Training.  For the first time there will be two different sessions one for Emerging Leaders and one for the Experienced Leader.

Emerging Leader

Who Should Attend:

• First time Supervisors/Managers
• A seasoned Supervisor/Manager with no formal leadership training.
• A specialist/individual contributor expected to move into a formal leadership role

January 17,24,31 & Feb 7 (9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.)
Peer Today Boss Tomorrow (1 day)
Managing for Respect (1 day)
Performance Based Management (2 days)

Experienced Leader

Who Should Attend:

• Department Heads
• Middle Manager/ Assistant Directors
• Managers of Managers
• Those who have previously attended formal leadership training.
